The first several weeks of the Trump administration have brought a barrage of changes at all levels of our government. It is overwhelming to try to keep up with these changes individually, and to determine an appropriate course of action. The purpose of this page is to help by:

• Sharing hot topics at the local, state and national level

• Providing meaningful messaging that can be used when emailing and calling local, state and federal government representatives

• Engaging our community by inviting you to contribute in raising issues that need our attention and crafting messages

• Broadening our presence on social media by tagging elected representatives as well as the McDem accounts to boost visibility

• Encouraging participation at local and state meetings and events to ensure our voices and values are heard

• Celebrating our successes when measures we support are passed, bigotry and partisanship are defeated, and our values are upheld.
