County Commissioners Meeting

The County Commission ordinarily meets at five p.m. on the second Monday of each Month and at 11:30 a.m. on the third Monday. Exceptions are noted in the schedule. The first October meeting is at 4 p.m. at the Carson House. The 5 p.m. November 18 meeting is the only meeting that month. The December meetings are on the first and third Mondays.

Paper copies of the agenda are available when you arrive at each meeting. The commission's agendas regularly include a public comment opportunity. Both minutes and agendas are available online, even if not as soon as you might hope.

Help make the holidays a little brighter for the women and children of Friendship Home with items that are both useful and bring a smile! New unwrapped clothing, small toys, books, journals, gift cards, tote bags, personal hygiene products; “girlie” stuff like lip balm, nail polish, emery boards, hand lotion, and small boxes of candy can go a long way to brighten someone’s holiday in a limited space.
