If you have signed up to receive your vote-by-mail absentee ballot, today is the first day that ballots will be mailed. You can sign up here. Be sure to read the instructions carefully. Two witnesses must sign and include their addresses. In addition, you must include either a photocopy of your qualifying picture ID or a statement about why you couldn’t include it.
